Providing us with management access to your Facebook business page and Instagram business account will allow us to implement and manage your social media strategy seamlessly! This will help to keep your audience engaged every single week, and help to improve your social media presence over time!
Before you begin:
If you have Facebook access with full control of the Page, you can approve the request. These steps only apply to the person who has Facebook access through Business Manager.
If you don't have Facebook access with full control, send this article to the person with Facebook access in the business portfolio the Page is in to get your request approved.
Is the page located in a business portfolio? You can confirm under Business Settings
Below are 3 different options that navigate the common scenarios you may encounter when attempting to accept our request.
Option #1
If your page is in a business portfolio, you can approve our management request under Business Settings > Requests. It would state the name of the requester and OneLocal.
Option #2
If you have a business portfolio but you do not see our request, you will have to add your business page into your portfolio. Go to Accounts > Pages to add your page in.
Once that is added in, go to your Requests section, and you should see our request for approval.
Option #3:
If you are unsure if you have a business portfolio or do not see any of the above, please do the following:
1. Log into Facebook and head over to your Business page. Click on “Meta Business Suite” on the left.
If step 1 does not go to step 2 below, please create a business portfolio before proceeding with the steps for Option 3.
2. Click on “? Help”. Select Go to Business Manager option.
3. You may see our pending request on this page. If you do, please click on “Accept”. If not, proceed to Settings.
4. Once you are in your business settings, go to Accounts. Select Pages. From here, click on the blue Add button to add your Meta business page into the business portfolio.
5. Once the page is added, proceed to the Requests section and you will be able to approve our request.
That’s it! Please notify your Marketing Specialist that you have accepted the management request for verification purposes.

Other Considerations
