Premium membership packages activate automatically, so if you are logged in and you still don't have access to premium content after buying a premium membership please check the following:
Are you signing in with the correct email? Some users have multiple accounts under several different emails, please check you are signing in with the same email that you used to buy the premium membership.
Did the payment go through? Sometimes banks put a block on the payment as it is to an overseas bank. Check your bank statement and call your bank if necessary. You can also message us to make sure the payment went through if you're not sure.
