To use the OneNotary platform you need to have a professional-looking profile photo. OneNotary uses the photo to let your clients see you before the session starts. Here are what we expect:
Be in focus, centered, and directly facing the camera with a pleasant or neutral facial expression. Ideally, ask someone else to take your photo
Wear appropriate professional or business casual attire
Use a clear image of your face without blurring or any visible pixels
Do not use filters commonly used on social media
Do not use frames, logos, or any additional information in the photo
The photo size may be between 400x400 px and 4000x4000 px, up to 10Mb in .png, .jpg, .jpeg format.
