⚠️Important: You may need to set up additional DNS records in Onepage, e.g. if your email is connected to this domain. Read our article on how to connect my mail to my domain (MX records)
⚙️To add Onepage nameservers in GoDaddy, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to “Domain portfolio” and select your desired domain
Open GoDaddy, log in and go to Domain Portfolio. You can then select your desired domain.
Step 2: Select “DNS” and “Nameserver”
Select “DNS” and “Nameservers” and then click on Change Nameserver.
Step 3: Add the name servers
Select “I'll use my own nameservers” and add our nameservers.
Step 4: Select “Save” and “Next”
Select “Save” and then click on “Continue”.
If your domain has domain protection, you must confirm your identity. If two-step verification (2SV) has been enabled for at least 24 hours, enter the code you received via text message or the code from your authentication app. Otherwise, you can also enter the one-time password sent to your registrant email address from GoDaddy.
That's it!🎉 You have now added the Onepage name servers to GoDaddy. Please make sure that you have also made the necessary settings for Onepage. To do this, go back to the article: Connect domain via name server (NS)
📌 Note: It may take a few hours to connect the domain (up to 48 hours in rare cases). It is therefore acceptable if the domain does not work immediately.
