How Collaboration Works in Onepage
You can invite your team members, clients, or external collaborators to your project (website), allowing them to either contribute or observe your activities. Once invited, collaborators gain access to core modules of each website, such as:
Website and its pages
CRM
Domain management
etc.
After receiving an invitation, they can interact with these modules independently.
Access Management
When inviting an editor, you can define their permissions to control their level of access to your project's core modules.
For example, you can allow an editor to observe CRM activities while restricting their ability to view website pages.
Important to Note: Editors can have different permissions for each project. For example, an editor may have permission to edit pages in one project but not in another.
Permission management is a standalone feature — check your eligibility based on your pricing plan.
Usage and Limitations
You can add as many editors as your plan allows. By default, you get a certain number of editors and can add more with volume-based pricing
There is no limit to how many editors you can invite to a single project
Editors must have an existing Onepage account (free or paid) to be invited.
Projects you've been invited to will appear in the "Shared" category.
Editor workflow
How to add an editor
Click on "People" in the left sidebar.
Then, enter the email of an existing Onepage editor you'd like to add. Next, select a specific website or folder, and if you have access to the permission management feature, set the desired permissions.
How to assign new project to existing editor
Go to the "People" tab. Instead of adding the person again, click on their name, select the new projects or folders you want to assign them to, and then click "Save"
How to remove an editor
Click the "Bucket" button in the "People" overview while hovering over the right person to remove them completely. If you only want to remove them from a specific project, click on their row, deselect the project, and then hit "Save".
