How to add guest editors to your projects

In this article, you will learn how to add people to your project, so you can work on it as a team. Collaboration function.

For owners of the Expert license (or old Agency/Max licenses), we have added the possibility of adding guest editors, this function is called "Collaboration".

You may add up to 12 individuals (maximum 5 per project) to your Onepage account and share your projects with customers, co-workers, and people who want to participate in the creation of your landing pages.

The person you invite should have an Onepage license (free or paid) in order to be able to view and work on your projects.

You can find this feature in settings. To add someone to your projects, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Click on settings

STEP 2: Click on Project settings

STEP 3: Go to Collaboration

STEP 4: Type in the email address you want to send this invite to and click on “send invite

Limiting editing rights again

Of course, you can limit access to your projects again by hovering over the email address of a member and clicking on the small x. This will remove the user.
