Below you will find how to reset the receipt printer.

1. Turn off the printer

2. Press a small button in the back of the printer. You can only press this button with a pen. This button is round and very small. While holding down this button, press the on/off button.

3. Hold the buttons simultaneously until a receipt comes out

When the receipt printer reset is finished you will see these 3 receipts come out of the printer.
