Would you please take a look at the points below:

  1. Is the printer turned on?

  2. Is the paper loaded correctly in the printer?

  3. Go to the settings in the app and click on 'Refresh printer connection'.

  4. Still not working? Check if the iPad is connected to the same Wi-fi network as the printer? Then check if it works again.

  5. Are the receipts still not coming out? Send us a message via the help icon in this app.
