The printer does not work

Would you like to have a look at the points below:

  1. Check that alle cables are properly connected

  2. Check both sides of the cables

  3. Then check whether the iPad is connected to the correct network, this network ,ust be the same as the receipt printer

  4. Press print test receipt and see if it works now.

  1. Wi-Fi dongle

  2. Internet cable

  3. Reset button

  4. Current input

Is this still not working? Then follow the steps below.

  1. Turn off the printer

  2. Houd de 'feed' knop aan de bovenkant van de printer ingedrukt

  3. Terwijl je de 'feed' knop ingedrukt houdt zet je de printer weer aan

  4. Er komt een bon uit de printer, je kunt de knop loslaten

What is the IP address on the receipt? Is this IP address the same as on the Merchant iPad? Yes? Then click on print test receipt. If the receipt says 'none', you reset the printer. On this page you will find how to reset the receipt printer.
