Integration connection steps

Follow these steps to connect your integration to OneUp. The guide includes steps for CRMs and VoIPs.

CRMs

Instructions per CRM can be found below:

Bullhorn

Raise a support ticket with Bullhorn asking the following:

I would like to set up an integration for OneUp Sales (Bullhorn Integration Partner) for my Bullhorn instance.

Bullhorn will then share the details directly with OneUp. Once we have your details, we'll authenticate your integration.

Loxo

We'll need the Agency Slug and the API Token. Follow ➡️ this article to found how how to get them in Loxo.

Mercury

To find your Device Root URL:

  1. From the main landing page in Mercury, select Settings at the top right of the page, and then, Advanced Settings.

  2. Select the arrow next to Settings at the top left of the site and then, Customisations.

  3. Go to Developer Resources.

  4. On the next page, you will see a Device Root URL box.

  5. Copy and paste up to and including '.com'.

Recruit CRM

To find the API key, in Recruit CRM, head to settings, and then API.

Enable your API token and share it with OneUp.

Tracker

If you're not sure how to obtain the API Key code, raise a support request with Tracker requesting this.

Vincere

  1. Raise a support ticket with Vincere in order to obtain the Vincere URL, API Key and Client ID.

    Here's some suggested text for the support request:

    I would like to allow OneUp Sales access to our data through your API. They require an API key and a Client ID to receive this. The call back URL is: https://www.oneupsales.io/integrations/vincere/oauth2.

    Would you also be able to enable OneUp webhooks in the marketplace for us?

  2. Obtain your admin credentials. These are the details you use to login to Vincere.

    If you're not an admin, contact your internal administrator or IT support.

  3. When you have all the above information, share the information with OneUp so that we can set up your integration!


VoIPs

Instructions for VoIPs can be found below:

Aircall

  1. Share your Admin log-in credentials for Aircall with OneUp.

  2. Set up Webhooks by following the below instructions:

CloudCall

  1. Share your Master Admin log-in credentials with Oneup.

Microsoft Teams (Phone)

Follow the steps below in Microsoft Teams, to ensure we receive the correct user ID information:

  1. In the admin centre, go to Settings > Org Settings > Services page.

  2. Select Reports.

  3. Confirm the statement Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports is unchecked, and then save your changes.

Ringover

  1. Obtain your admin log-in credentials for Ringover and share them with OneUp.
