April 2026: Release Notes

Everything we released in April.

Automation improvements

πŸ“‚ Organize Automations into folders

You can now organize your automations into folders, in the same way that you can with Reports, and TV Slideshows.

πŸ”Ž Search for Automations

We've now released the ability to search Custom Automations. Another change allowing you to discover content faster, and make the admin experience of automations easier.

Chart improvement

πŸ“Š Filter usability

Filtering by users or teams on charts was frustrating - we've improved this, allowing you to easily filter by users and teams, and know that your filter has applied as expected.

Coach: New features

πŸ“ Meeting templates & free-text custom questions

Add meeting templates in the Customize OneUp area, meaning you can run different meeting types (e.g. 1:1, coaching/developmental 1:1) with a different structure.

Templates bring the following new functionality:

  • Adding custom questions to templates, with free-text responses: these will appear in meetings for individuals to fill in

  • Adding/removing widget types (e.g., remove Ratios from a meeting)

  • Change the order of widgets displayed (e.g., have shared notes at the top/ start the meeting with 3 custom questions)

  • Specify an org default template for all meetings

  • Change the template on a meeting-by-meeting basis

When creating a new meeting, you can select the template to use. The org's default template will be pre-selected for ease.

The new permission - Manage Meeting Templates - has automatically been given to anyone with both the Access Coach + Manage Settings permissions.

🎯 Coach & Targets: Create new target in the meeting view

Editing a target used to mean overwriting the original and losing its history. The "Edit target" modal now defaults to Create new target, which supersedes the existing target β€” preserving the old target's history while the new one takes over going forward.
A toggle at the top lets you switch to Edit existing target if you really do want to change the original in place.

πŸ“† Coach: Outlook Calendar integration

You can now connect their Outlook calendar to Coach. Once connected, meetings, including links and invitees, get sent to emails and appear in calendars.

Note: new meetings still need to get created in Coach.

What is supported:

  • All relationship members (individual, or team members for Team relationships) are automatically invited - as long as the relationship owner has connected their calendar, everyone else just needs an Outlook or supported 3rd party calendar, to receive the invites

  • Meetings added, updated, or deleted in Coach are reflected in the calendar event

  • Coach-related meetings updated or deleted in Outlook are reflected in Coach (e.g., time change in Outlook will be respected in Coach)

  • When someone is added to a team in OneUp with a coach team relationship, they're invited to all upcoming meetings

  • When someone is removed from the team, they're removed from upcoming meetings going forward.

Competition improvements

πŸ“ Organize leagues into folders

You can now organize your leagues into folders to better organize competitions across active and upcoming leagues!

πŸ”Ž Drill down on league metrics

You can now drill-down into league metrics on the League standings table. No need to create a separate report to look into the data.

Dashboard improvements

πŸ“ˆ Report & Chart widgets: show logged in user's data

Report and Chart widgets on Dashboards can now be configured to show the data of the person viewing them, making it much easier to build Dashboards that work for everyone, without needing to create separate versions per person.

πŸ† Team Leaderboard Dashboard widget

The Leaderboard widget on Dashboards now has a new Show as option, letting you switch between ranking individuals or teams. Previously, the widget only supported individual rankings, and this change brings team competition to dashboards!

Reporting improvement

🍑 Job Pipeline - Pipeline stage: Value, Weighted value and Furthest candidate stage now appear in the table

We've added value, weighted value, and further candidate stage as some extra columns in the Pipeline stage table, allowing you to view this information per job, and sort the data accordingly.

Target improvement

🎯Easier target creation

You can now both create new and edit existing targets from the same modal, on the target page.

TV improvement

🌴 Show upcoming missions and missions that ended recently

Missions now have the same two toggles as leagues: show missions starting in the next five days, and show missions that ended recently. Both off by default. Another change that is a direct result of your feedback.

Teams like to put upcoming missions on screens a few days early to build anticipation before the competition kicks off, and celebrate wins longer after competitions end.

Settings improvement

πŸ‘―Duplicate teams

It's now possible to duplicate a team on the Teams page, saving you setup time. Duplicating copies the team's members and their permissions.

πŸ” New permissions UX

We've improved our Roles and Permissions area: it has a new look and feel, is better organized into the features you recognize, and is responsive. It's also moved into the Customize OneUp area, your home for all settings.

🏑 Single Sign-On settings have a new home: Customize OneUp

This move is part of unifying all platform settings in one place. SSO settings now live in the Access area of Customize OneUp, under Roles & Permissions.

✏️ Edit user settings have a new home: Customize OneUp

Edit different users' settings in Customize OneUp > Users & Access > Edit users.
