Hire Genius: Connect your CRM to OneUp

Connect your Hire Genius account to OneUp using Salesforce's secure sign-in process.

Overview

Connect Hire Genius to OneUp using your Hire Genius account. You'll be asked to sign in to Hire Genius and approve access to your data.

🔒 You'll need a Hire Genius account with permission to connect integrations.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, you'll receive a connection link after your first call with us.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, you'll be prompted to connect Hire Genius after selecting it from the list of available integrations.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Hire Genius

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Hire Genius and click the 🔒 icon.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Sign in to Hire Genius if required.

  6. Approve access to your Hire Genius data.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting ✨

I can't sign in to Hire Genius

Make sure you're using a Hire Genius account with permission to connect integrations.

I connected the wrong Hire Genius account

Follow the connection steps above and sign in with the correct Hire Genius account.

The new connection will replace the existing one.

The connection window won't load

Try refreshing the page and starting the connection process again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or disabling any browser extensions that may be blocking pop-ups.

My connection failed

Make sure you've approved all permissions requested by Hire Genius during the connection process. If the issue persists, try connecting again.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
