Setting Metrics to Appear on the Dashboard

For a metric to appear on the dashboard, it must be made a Key Metric. This is to ensure users can focus on their key KPIs, without having the dashboard cluttered with metrics that aren't relevant to them.


Users must have admin permissions to make these changes


Making a metric a 'Key Metric'

  1. From the top navigation bar, click the menu and select the Metrics item from the menu that appears.

    This will open a page showing all the metrics that are available to you on your OneUp account.

  2. Click the name of the metric you'd like to appear on the dashboard, and from the pop out window that appears, find the 'Key Metric?' option towards the bottom.

  3. Toggle this on and hit Update to save your changes.


🚨 If there isn't a target set against a metric, it won't appear as a dial on the dashboard - it will only appear in the activities area 🚨
