The Matrix allows you to create any view you like and save it for easy access later to speed up your reporting. These views can be accessed at any time using the view manager, or favourited for easy access in the views dropdown.
Saving a view
From the Matrix, create the view you'd like to save (check out this article for help with creating a Matrix view).
Once your view is created, click the Save icon (the floppy disk) at the top right of the page.
A small window opens where you can name your view and save.
Loading a view
Loading a Matrix report can be done via 2 methods:
1. Using the View Finder dropdown
From the matrix, click the view dropdown at the top left of the matrix page.
A list of views will appear. This list is sorted alphabetically, but will prioritise your favourited views at the top.
If you have many views, you can scroll down the list and select one, or type to search for a particular view.
2. Using the View Manager
In the top right of your screen, click the View Manager button (the eye icon).
A window opens where you can see all of your company's saved views. Find the view you want to load, and to the right of the view name, click load view (the little eye icon).
From the Matrix, click the Manage Views button (the eye icon) at the top right of the page.
A pop-up window appears where you can see all of your company's saved views.

A user must have Admin permissions to view the Matrix in order to be able to share the report with them via the link created.
