Navigating the Platform

How to use the navigation bar on OneUp

The navigation bar is used to navigate through the product and contains links to all parts of the platform. There are four main navigational items on the navigation bar:

  1. Dashboard

  2. Reports

  3. Motivate

  4. TV

  5. Coach

Additionally, the Manage icon, and your profile, are shown at the far right of the navigation bar.

Depending on your permissions, or the OneUp package you're using, you may not see all of these options.

By default, non-admin users only have access to Dashboard, Competitions and Manage.

TV-only package versions of OneUp will only display the TV tab.

Using the Navigation Bar

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your main landing page on the platform - clicking this at any time will bring you back to your Dashboard.

Reports

Reports is where you'll find all platform reports, including charts. Select Report Manager to view existing reports/charts, or create report and create chart to create new ones.

Competitions

Clicking Competitions will give you all of the options in our motivation suite, such as leagues, missions, and leaderboard.

TV

Selecting TV will give you the options to view your screens and your slideshows.

Coach

Choosing the Coach menu in the navigation bar will take you to the Coach page to manage your relationships, if you have Coach as part of your OneUp package.

You may see a lock symbol next to the Coach menu. This means you do not currently have Coach in your OneUp package, and selecting it will take you to a page where you can book a demo of Coach with our team.

Manage icon

Selecting the Manage icon on the far right, next to your profile picture or initials, is where you'll find platform management actions such as:

  • Managing targets

  • Automation configuration

  • Viewing platform Metrics and Dictionary mappings

  • Adding and managing Manual Data

  • Managing platform access (permissions, users, teams, SSO)

  • Organization settings (billing and other platform default settings)
