When logging into the OneUp platform for the first time, you're prompted to enter your user information. Unfortunately, sometimes Chrome mistakes the fields you enter (for example, your birthday) for username fields.

You will need to change your autofill settings on Chrome to fix this!

Changing your browser's autofill settings

1. In Chrome, navigate to the context menu (the three dots at the top right of your browser) and click Settings.

2. Click Autofill on the left sidebar.

3. In the Saved Passwords list, find your saved credentials for OneUp. It looks like this:

4. Click the context menu to the right of the credentials, then click remove.

5. Done!

You will need to enter your correct details again to log into the OneUp platform. Make sure you remember your username and password!
