Overview

Target progress will show up in different colours on the Dashboard and Reports, depending on the user/team/company's current progress towards that target.

We represent targets in three different colours on the platform, at different points of target achievement:

  • Red: below 50% achievement towards a target

  • Amber: 50% - 99% achievement towards a target

  • Green: 100% and above achievement towards a target

These are the default boundaries, however they are customisable. Here's how to change them!

Changing target boundaries

Warning

Changing these settings will change target boundary colours for all users in your business, across all pages where targets are used on OneUp. Be sure to get team approval before continuing.

To complete these steps, by default, you must have Admin permissions on OneUp.

  1. From the top right of any page on OneUp, click on your profile picture. In the menu that appears, click Settings.

  2. From the new page, under Organisation Settings, select Target Boundaries.

  3. On the this page, you can alter the point at which targets turn from red to yellow and yellow to green by typing in the Start boxes. The end values shown will automatically adjust as you change the boundary start points.

  4. Once you've made your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
