Overview

You can set customised targets for each metric for OneUp users. These targets will show up at the top of the user's Dashboard for a quick overview of target progress, as well as in the Matrix view if managers want to dive deeper into their team's performance.

In order to set targets one OneUp, you must be an Admin user.

Creating New Targets

  1. Log into your OneUp Dashboard.

  2. Go to the circular Settings menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  3. From the pop-out menu that appears, click Targets.

  4. Click the + Assign a Target button in the top left of the table.

  5. A pop out window will appear to the left of your screen for creating your target.

  6. First, select the Metric you would like to set the target for.

  7. Second, enter the value for the target e.g. how much you'd like the individuals to achieve.

For targets measuring time (for example total call time), you should enter the time in the value box in seconds (it won't display this way don't worry).

  8. Next, choose your interval. Is this a daily, weekly, monthly or annual target?

  9. Then you want to assign your users. We recommend setting blanket targets across all your users as it's easy to tweak individual differences afterwards rather than repeating this process many times over.

  10. The final thing you need to do is choose a start and end date. You can backdate the start date if you'd like to be specific and If you'd like the target to continue indefinitely just leave your end date blank.

  11. Click 'Create Target' and you're done!

You can't set multiple targets for the same metric so if you create a new target for a metric that already has one it will simply be overwritten.
