Target progress will show up in different colours on your Dashboard depending on your current progress.
Targets allow you to set a desired goal for specific metrics. For example, if you want your consultants to hit 50 calls a week, you can set this as a target that will be visible on your consultants' Dashboards.
Targets allow your consultants to become responsible for managing their progress towards their KPIs.
We represent targets in three different colours on the platform:
Red: below 50% achievement towards their target
Amber: 50% and above achievement towards their target
Green: 100% and above achievement towards their target
