If you forgot to invite your new user when creating their account, don't worry - invites can easily be sent out! Here's how:

Select the manage icon in the main navigation menu. You can find this on the far right, next to your profile picture or initials. Then, select users:
This will bring up a list of all your full users and observers on the platform.
Opposite the user's name on the right hand side, you will see a three dots that open up an action menu. From this menu, click "Send invitation email".
If you have checked that the user's email address is correct and their invite email isn't showing up in their inbox, check their junk folder.
