There are a few things that can prevent emails being sent from OneUp to your inbox. Below are a few examples, and what you can do to rectify them.

Check your email address is correct

First, it's a good idea to be sure we're sending emails to the right place! From the top right of OneUp, click your profile icon, then click Settings.

This will take you to the settings page, ensure you have the General tab under the User Settings category selected.

Check your email preferences in OneUp

There are user settings that can prevent certain emails from being sent to you. The article linked below explains more:

Check your junk folder

It might be obvious, but this can happen, and your mail provider won't usually notify you of messages that arrive here.

If an email from OneUp has landed in here, marking it as 'not junk' should tell your mailbox not to include emails from OneUp as junk in the future.

Whitelist our email address

If emails are completely missing, this could be caused by settings on your mail server (the system that handles all incoming and outgoing emails at your business). Sometimes a mail server can be configured to reject certain addresses by default, or block certain addresses after enough emails are received by them (to prevent spam).

'Whitelisting' an email address tells the mail server it's okay to process emails based on certain criteria. In this case, whitelisting our email address (no-reply@oneupsales.co.uk) or our email domain (@oneupsales.co.uk) will solve the problem.

If you're unsure of how to do this, get in touch with an IT technician at your business and they should be able to help you.

You'll need to have any missed emails resent after the whitelist has been actioned.

Contact your email provider for support

If the above steps haven't helped, consider reaching out to you email provider for advice. They may have settings or configuration in place that are preventing emails from coming through and can assist you.
