How do I access and update billing information?

To get to the billings page, you can go to the Profile icon on the right of the navigation, then click Billing.

To view billing information for your company, you must have the correct permissions. If you are finding that you do not have the ability to view the Billing, contact your admin user and ask them to follow this article to give permission to Manage Billing.

When you click on billing, you will be directed to a page with the following options:

You can update the billing information, including email address in the Account Information tab.

If the billing address for your payment method has changed, you can update this in the Billing & Shipping Address tab.

Payment Methods is where you can change your method of payment.

Billing History is where you can view invoices, and download them if needed.
