Overview

The leaderboard page makes it quick and simple to visualise users ranked against their performance or target in an easy to digest format. This page is perfect for motivating your team to move up the leaderboard, thus increasing output.

To find the leaderboard page, go to Motivate on the nav-bar:

Display and sorting options

By default, you're presented with an empty page. However, it's easy to quickly view whatever rankings you like. Using the action bar on the leaderboard page, you can configure your leaderboard in a variety of ways.

  • Using the metric dropdown, you can choose any configured metric on the platform to rank users against.

  • You can choose the time period using the date picker - for example, the last 60 days, or a custom date range.

  • The leaderboard can be displayed in two ways using the toggle on the right of the action bar:

    • By performance - ranks users against the performance they did in the time period.

    • By target - ranks users against their target attainment in the time period.

Team Dropdown Options

You can choose whether to load individual teams, or all users on the leaderboard. To do this, open the team dropdown from the action bar.

Certain team dropdown options may be hidden depending on your Data Access level. Read more about Data Access here.

Tips πŸ’‘

  • In addition, leaderboards are now a configurable widget on the dashboard! This allows users and managers to see how their performance is stacking up against the rest of the business. You can view our dashboard article to learn more.

  • If you'd like to show or hide deleted users, or users with no performance on the leaderboard, the filter button allows you to do this.

  • If you want to share the leaderboard stats with other users, or your friends, you can use the export button to export a PNG image, or the button on the far right will export a direct link to the leaderboard you're viewing (note: the person you send the link to must also have an account on your OneUp instance to view it).
