Using the Triggers Log

Triggers are set up to automatically go off when the conditions they are set up with are achieved. If the team wasn't there to celebrate you can replay the trigger through the Triggers Log! Here's how:

  1. Select Automate in the navigation bar, and then click Triggers Log

  2. Here you will see a list of all of the triggers that have fired - by default it will show all triggers from the last 7 days, but you can view any triggers fired in the last 90 days.

  3. One you have found the trigger you need to replay, all you need to do is press the Replay Trigger button on the far right of the entry:

    And that's all there is to it!

If you can't see the trigger in the log, but the performance is on the platform, it's likely that the record didn't meet the trigger conditions - here is a guide on how to manually fire a trigger.
