What is Onfleet?

Onfleet provides the software various companies use to manage their delivery tasks and drivers. If you received an SMS Message asking to opt-in for Delivery Updates, that means that the company with which you placed an order wants to send you updates regarding your delivery. These updates usually include tracking links and/or estimated delivery times.

To opt in for delivery notifications, simply reply "YES" to the opt-in text message. Standard message and data rates may apply. If you need assistance, you can reply "HELP" for help or "STOP" to stop receiving messages at any time.

If you need more information about the specifics of your delivery, you will need to contact the organization responsible for your delivery. While the easiest way to get in touch with them is often by replying to the phone number used to send you notifications, please note that Onfleet uses shared phone numbers that may change for operational reasons. As such, it is recommended to use any additional contact methods provided by the organization.

Onfleet uses shared phone numbers to send SMS notifications. Occasionally, the sender number may change due to operational reasons, such as ensuring message delivery when a primary number is flagged by a carrier. This is a normal part of the notification process and does not affect the reliability of the updates.
