Canceling a subscription stops future orders.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Customers are able to cancel subscription orders from the Subscriber Portal.

Alternatively, shop owners can cancel a subscription on behalf of a customer.

  1. From Ongoing, click on Subscriptions

2. Locate and select the subscription order

3. Under Subscription status, click Cancelled and Click Save Status

NOTE: Customers also have the choice to Pause a subscription instead of cancelling.
