The status of any subscription order is viewable to both the merchant and customer.

As a Shopify merchant, you can view your customer's last order status:

In Ongoing App:

To view a specific subscription order for a customer:

  1. In Ongoing, click Subscriptions

2. Click the subscription you want to manage

3. In the Order History section, you can view the last order as well as status.

4. The status is listed under the Fulfillment column

The fulfillment status of an order can be:

  • Fulfilled

  • Unfulfilled

  • Partially fulfilled

  • Scheduled

  • On hold
