My customer can't find the Subscriber Portal email, is there a link I can send them?

To resend the customer portal link to your customer, use these instructions.

We enable your subscribers to access their Customer Portal in 3 different ways. Check out our guide on How the Subscriber Portal Works.

Solution 1: If the customer could also check their spam or junk folder, sometimes the email client throws it in those hidden folders based on email rule settings.

Solution 2: If the customer has an account with your store, they can access the customer portal.

Solution: In Ongoing --> Settings --> Customer Portal, you can get a link directly to your Subscriber Portal and send them that.
