Switching from a 2.0 theme to a different 2.0 theme?
Shopify requires the merchant to add the subscription widget back in manually through the Shopify Theme Builder. See instructions here.
Want to Preview How your New 2.0 Theme Will Look?
You can also add the subscription widget to the 2.0 theme before you go live by going to your Online store ➡️ Themes ➡️ Theme Library ➡️ click on “Customize” and add the widget in that way so you can preview what it will look like.
Then click Save.
Only click Publish when you are ready to go live & purchase the new 2.0 theme.
