How to reactivate a subscription on behalf a customer with a paused subscription

Did a customer accidentally pause or cancel a subscription & wants to turned back on?

The customer can reactivate their subscription on the Subscriber Portal OR you can reactivate it for them. Here's how!

From the Ongoing App:

1) Click Subscriptions

2) Click on Subscription # of the customer you want to view (✨ PRO TIP: Use top search bar to find the customer)

3) In Subscription Status section, change from Paused to Active

4) Click Save

Take notice of their next billing date, adjust it if customer wants order sooner.
