If you change the price of your product, only new subscribers will get the new price.
Don't worry, existing subscribers will stay at the old price.
How to change the price on a subscription product for new customers:
1) From Shopify > click on product > Edit price ( Most Common )
How it works: Once you update the price on your Shopify product, it will be instantly updated on your product, and then whatever discount you have on Ongoing (let's say 10% off) will be applied to the new price.
2) From Ongoing > click subscription group > click subscription plan > click Edit > Edit Set Price in the Discount section
This ONLY applies if you have a subscription plan with a Discount of Set Price
How it works: Once you update the new set price on Ongoing, then this new set price will be instantly updated on your product.
