Do I need to uninstall Ongoing Subscriptions if I'm closing my Shopify store?

No. We recommend keeping the Ongoing app installed. 

What I would suggest is that rather than completely deleting the app, you freeze subscriptions when closing down your Shopify store.

This way, Ongoing will save all your subscriptions and info "on ice". By freezing subscriptions and keeping Ongoing app installed, you can still track and view your customers’ data. Your outbound email templates/historical data/ subscription plans etc. will change from Live to Draft, and you will still be able to access the information, and this will all be waiting for you in case you change your mind and return to Ongoing Subscriptions in the future 😊

When you close your Shopify store, Ongoing Subscriptions will stop running any subscription billing immediately.
