You must maintain confidentiality during your time with onHand. This means confidential information about people we support, volunteers, onHand employees, and our work is kept private, unless sharing this information is required by law.

Participant contact details and personal information are confidential and should not be shared, except with your nominated friend or family member.

If you are giving or receiving support with using computers or phones, please remember to not share your personal information for any online accounts, including usernames and passwords.
