As a volunteer, we ask that you keep all data that you come across such as phone numbers and addresses safe and secure. Please do not share this information with anyone else and delete this information when it's no longer needed.

Everyone deserves the same respect whatever background, nationality or ethnicity they are. We know you will do this, but please make sure you treat those you are helping how you would like to be treated.

If you think there’s a serious problem, always call 999 and report everything back to onHand via the app.
