Add your own volunteering to the OnHand app

Learn how to add and track your own volunteering activities on the OnHand app using bespoke missions, quick, easy, and fully tailored to you

Volunteering can look different for everyone, and we want to make tracking it as easy as possible—whether you're using our mobile app or desktop platform.

To add your own volunteering to the OnHand app:

You can choose between using the mobile app or the desktop platform, making it convenient for any user.

  1. Open the OnHand app.

  2. Head to the Actions tab and click 'Add your own mission' at the bottom of the page.

  3. We'll ask you who you're helping, what you're doing, and how often you're helping.

  4. Once submitted, your bespoke mission will go into the 'In review' section on your Actions tab.

  5. When the OnHand team has approved your mission, it'll move into your 'Live' actions, and you're good to go! If you're using the desktop platform: 1. Log in with your work email. 2. Navigate to the Discover section to find volunteering options or add your own. 3. Select the "Add your volunteering" button. 4. Enter the details for your activity and submit for review. Approved activities will appear in your Live actions.

Your missions—tailored by you and for you, now accessible on both mobile and desktop!
