Once you’ve created your account and logged in, you’re all set to get started!
To book your first mission:
1 - Open the “Discover” tab in the app.
2 - Browse the list of live actions available.
3 - Tap on any mission to see what’s happening in your area.
4 - Once you’ve found one that interests you, tap “Accept Mission”. You’ll be able to view all the details – what’s involved, who it helps, and when it’s taking place.
5 - After you’ve completed the mission, simply tap “Complete Mission” and enter a few quick details: when you did it, how long it took, and whether it was during your working hours.
This also helps you easily track the hours spent by recording when the activity was completed, how much time it took, and whether it fell during working hours, providing a clear and accessible record for your volunteering contributions.
To manage hours for repeated volunteering activities, navigate to your list of completed actions. Select the activity you want to update, and reaccept the mission to record additional hours spent. Repeat this as needed for ongoing tracking of your contributions.
You can view both your upcoming and completed missions in the “My Actions” section. Keep an eye on your emails or app notifications in case anything changes ahead of the mission.
You can also log hours for repeat volunteering activities by accessing your completed actions in the app, selecting the activity, and re-accepting the mission to record additional hours.
