The Iowa Student Attendance Summary shows attendance totals based on the same rules used for Iowa SRI reporting, helping you better understand how your data aligns with state reporting. While schools may track events such as field trips, in-school suspension, or activities as absences, the state still counts these students as present—so totals in other attendance reports may look different.
