Efficiently manage your collection of phone recordings by viewing and editing the details of your pre-recorded voice messages in the jmc Office Message Center. This platform makes it easy to maintain your library of recordings: review the content, name them for quick identification, and delete outdated or irrelevant messages with just a few clicks from the Manage Phone Recordings page.

To access your list of recorded messages for review, deletion, or renaming, navigate to Message Center > Manage Phone Recordings in jmc Office.

Step One: Click the play icon in the "Recording Audio" column next to the recording to listen to the content of a recorded message and adjust the playback volume using the speaker icon.

Helpful Tip: Click the three vertical dots beside the volume control to download the recording or to adjust the playback speed.

Fun Fact: The "Recording Date Time" column displays recording information to help identify old or out of date recordings.

Step Two: Click the pencil icon next to a recording to edit the name of the recording.

Step Three: Enter a name in the "Recording Name" field to identify the recorded message.

Step Four: Click the "checkmark" button to save your changes or click the "x" to discard them.

Helpful Tip: To delete a recorded message, click the "X" icon next to the recording. A pop-up message will appear for confirmation; click the "OK" button to confirm the deletion or the "Cancel" button to go back to the previous page.
