Health professionals can utilize jmc for complete student health record keeping including immunization history. Create an immunization record by selecting a vaccination from a predefined list and adding vaccine administration information including dosage, validity and comments. Editing student immunization information in jmc helps you stay in compliance with state law and keep kids healthy and safe!

To edit a student’s immunization data, select Health > Immunizations > Edit Student Immunizations.

Step One: Select the student to be edited by entering the name of the student in the "Find" field.

Step Two: Click the "Add Row" link to enter an immunization record for the selected student.

Step Three: Select the appropriate vaccine from the "Immunization" drop-down list to indicate that the selected student has received an immunization.

Step Four: Enter the date the immunization was administered or simply click the calendar icon.

Step Five (optional): Select the appropriate exemption status from the drop-down list if the selected student is exempt from receiving a vaccine.

Step Six: Select the appropriate amount from the "Dosage" drop-down list to indicate the level of vaccine the student has received (for example, full dose, double dose etc).

Step Seven: Place a checkmark in the "Administered at School" checkbox to note that the vaccine was issued at the school.

Step Eight: Place a checkmark in the "Immunization is Valid" checkboxes to indicate that the vaccination is up to date.

Helpful Tip: Keep track of any additional immunization information by entering comments in the "Source Comments" field to maintain complete student records.

Step Nine: Click the "Update" link to save the immunization record or click the "Cancel" link to discard.

Helpful Tip: Need to edit an already existing record? Click the "Edit" link to edit fields within the entry or click the "Delete" link to remove the immunization record.

Step Ten: Click the "Print" button to save a PDF or print a copy of the selected student's immunization records or click the "Export" button to generate a CSV file of the selected student's immunization records.
