The AISR bulk query file is a convenient way to request immunization records for all students in jmc Office. This file contains necessary information to establish a connection with the AISR site and can be generated with just one click. After exporting the file, it can be uploaded to the AISR website, and the Minnesota Department of Health will return a list of immunizations that match their database. Simply select a group of students and create your file containing the request with the click of a button to streamline the process.
To create a file for the AISR immunization record exchange in jmc Office, go to Health > Immunizations > Export AISR (formerly MIIC) Bulk Query File.
Step One: Select a radio button from the "Select" box to identify which student files will be exported.
By Random: select one or more students by entering their name or student ID in the "Find" drop-down list.
By Grade: enter a grade level range in the "From" and "To" drop-down lists.
By Sequential: enter a range of student IDs in the "From" and "To" fields
By Advisor: enter a range of advisor IDs in the "From" and "To" fields
Step Two: Click the "Check Errors" button to generate a list of student information errors that will prevent the exchange of information between jmc and AISR.
Helpful Tip: Correct errors listed in the error validation summary and run the "Check Errors" process as many times as needed to ensure a valid information exchange.
Step Three: Click the "Export AISR Bulk Query File" button to generate a file that includes all information needed to match data between jmc and the AISR website.
Helpful Tip: The client query file will be saved to the destination assigned in your internet browser's preferences (typically the "downloads" folder on your computer).
Step Four: Follow the on-screen instructions to upload the AISR Bulk Query File to the AISR website.
Fun Fact: AISR will process your request within 24-48 hours of the upload and provide access to a file containing immunization records for the requested students.
