You need a summary of student health visits for a certain date range. By running a health visit log query you will have the information you need neatly arranged in a report. You'll also get a summary of the number of visits for each visit log reason and action. In addition, you can print or export your data! Let's run a health visit log query to view the visits to the health office.
Start in jmc Office, navigate to Health > Visit Log > Visit Log Query to run a health visit log query to view how many visits student health visits including reasons and actions.
Step One: Enter the "From Date" and "To Date" in the appropriate fields to specify the date range of the health visits you'd like to view or simply click the calendar icon.
Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Include Student List" checkbox to view each student’s record within a date range.
Helpful Tip: Select how you'd like your health visit log query sorted by using the "Sort List By" drop-down list.
Step Three: Place a checkmark in the "Include Summary" checkbox to include a brief or expanded summary of the health visit log query.
Helpful Tip: Select the level of detail for the health visit log summary using the "Summary Options" drop-down list.
Step Four: Place a checkmark in the "Include Inactive students" checkbox to include students no longer active.
Step Five: Click the "Preview" button to view the health visit log query.
Step Six: Click the "Print" button to print the health visit log query.
Step Seven (optional): Click the "Create Action Export," "Create Reason Export," or "Create Student List Export" button to to export the filtered report to a CSV file.
