Need a quick snapshot of student health visits for a specific date range? The Health Visit Log Query page in jmc provides organized, easy-to-read reports—complete with summaries by reason and action taken. With built-in print and export options, sharing data is seamless. Just select your date range, choose your sorting and summary preferences, and generate your report in seconds!
In jmc Office, navigate to Health > Visit Log > Visit Log Query to view a comprehensive list of student health visits.
Step One: Enter the "From Date" and "To Date" fields to specify the range of health visits you’d like to view, or click the calendar icon to select the dates.
Step Two: Place a checkmark in the "Include Student List" checkbox to view each student’s record within a date range.
Helpful Tip: Select an option from the "Sort List By" drop-down to organize your health visit log data in the order you prefer.
Step Three: Place a checkmark in the "Include Summary" checkbox to add a brief or expanded summary to your "Visit Log Query" report.
Helpful Tip: Select the level of detail for the summary using the "Summary Options" drop-down list to customize how much information is included in the "Visit Log Query" report.
Step Four (optional): Place a checkmark in the "Include Inactive Students" checkbox to include students who are no longer active in your jmc database.
Step Five: Click the "Preview" button to view your "Visit Log Query" report.
Step Six: Click the "Print" button to print your "Visit Log Query" report.
Step Seven (optional): Click the "Create Action Export," "Create Reason Export," or "Create Student List Export" button to export the filtered report as a CSV file.
Create Action Export: a summary of the total number of each health visit action recorded within the selected date range
Create Reason Export: a summary of how often each visit reason was logged during the specified date range
Create Student List Export: a detailed list of student health visits, including names and visit information, for the selected date range
