Health custom fields allow the separation of student health-related information from other student custom data. This allows health professionals to keep this crucial information in one easy-to-find location for viewing and any necessary editing after collecting it at registration time.
Below are the steps to review or make adjustments to the health custom field information stored for a student. Log in to jmc Office and go to Health > Health Custom Fields > Edit Health Fields.
Step One: Select the student to be edited by entering the name of the student in the "Find" field.
Fun Fact: The student's name, grade level, ID, birth date, and age will be displayed for confirmation you are editing the intended student.
Step Two: Click the "Edit" link below the student's name to edit the health custom fields for this student.
Step Three: Enter the new or modified information in the appropriate field to update the health custom field record.
Step Four: Click the "Update" link to save your changes for the student's health custom information or click the "Cancel" link to discard your changes.
