For Iowa SRI, only a few of the data elements of the discipline records are included.

For Iowa SRI, only records that have been assigned a predefined Problem Behavior (as denoted with an asterisk in the "Problem Behavior" field) and specific Action (as denoted by 2 asterisks in the "Acton 1" field) will be included in the SRI submission. 

The Discipline > Data > Edit Student Records page will appear slightly different for Iowa schools. For example, you will notice that some data elements on this page will have an SRI data element ID next to them, (e.g. Behavior Incident Number is E0005). Only the data elements with an SRI code next to them are required for SRI reporting.
