During the online registration process, your school may have collected answers to questions like "Can the school use your child's photo on social media?" or "Does your child have permission to take technology home from school?" This custom data can easily be reviewed, entered or edited right from the Student Custom Data page in jmc Office. Simply find a student, review or update answers needed and even print the list of questions and responses for future reference!

To get started, log in to jmc Office and go to Edit > Student Custom Data.

Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Find" field to view and edit custom field records for that student.

Helpful Tip: To quickly review records for a range of students, select a grade from the "Grade" drop-down list and click the left or right arrow to navigate through the students in the selected grade.

Step Two: Click the "Edit" link next to a custom data item and edit the response in the "Value" field to update the custom data record for the selected student.

Step Three: Click the "Update" link to save your changes or click the "Cancel" link to discard them.

Step Four: Click the "Print" button to print the custom data record for the selected student.

Helpful Tip: To review or edit your master list of student custom data questions, head to File > Define Custom Fields in jmc Office.
