Keep tabs on all students that are reported absent or tardy on a specific day with the "For a Day" Attendance report in jmc Office. Print a report of all the students that are absent for the day or schedule a daily report to email to staff notifying them of daily absences. With the Attendance "For a Day" report, administrators and office professionals will immediately know which students are absent or tardy on a given day!
Simply head to Attendance > Reports > For A Day to print "For a Day" attendance report.
Step One: Click a day from the "Days" box to specify a date for the attendance report.
Helpful Tip: If you'd like to organize your report by grade level place a checkmark in the "Sort by Grade" checkbox.
Step Two: Select grade range in the "From" and "To" drop-down list to specify the grades to include in this report.
Step Three: Click the "Print" button to print the attendance "For a Day" report or click the "Export" button to export it to a CSV file.
Fun Fact: The "Print" button will remain disabled until you select a day that contains student absences.
Step Four (optional): Place a checkmark in the “Schedule Report” checkbox to schedule the "For A Day" report to be sent daily to office professionals automatically.
Step Five (optional): Enter a date in the "Schedule Report" field or simply click the calendar icon to set the beginning date for the automatic report.
Step Six (optional): Enter a time "Schedule Report" field or simply click the alarm clock icon to set the time for the daily report to be sent.
Step Seven (optional): Enter an email address or multiple email addresses separated by a comma to automatically send the daily attendance report to additional staff member(s).
Step Eight (optional): Click the "Save" button to schedule the "For a Day" attendance report to be sent.
