Schools typically have different meal prices for elementary and high school students. jmc calls these grade level differentiations pricing groups! Establishing pricing groups is easy with jmc Office because a price group can be defined for a range of grade levels!

In jmc Office head to Lunch > Data Setup > Edit Pricing Groups to set pricing groups so every grade level can be charged the correct meal and a la carte prices!

Step One: Click the "Edit" link to edit the grade level range for the pricing group.

Helpful Tip: Sub-divide Grade 0 into their own price groups to accommodate preschool groups and multiple kindergarten groups.

Step Two: Select the minimum grade level for the pricing group using the "From Grade" drop-down list.

Step Three: Select the maximum grade level for the pricing group using the "To Grade" drop-down list.

Step Four: Click the “Update” link to save the changes made to the pricing group or click the "Cancel" link to discard your changes.

Step Five: Click the "Print" button to print a list of your pricing groups for future reference.

Helpful Tip: The page will even help make sure you have all grade levels accounted for by alerting you if not all grade levels are covered in one of the pricing group ranges.
