Change a student's fee contact

Update a student's fee contact easily in jmc Office to make sure the correct contact is able to view their student's fees.

You may have students whose fee contact is different than their primary contact. For example, a student may have two primary contacts, but only one fee contact. Or, due to circumstances, the adult responsible for a student's fees may change over time.

jmc Office allows users to change and update a student's fee contact to make sure the correct contact can view and pay the fees assigned to a student.

To change a fee contact, log in to jmc Office and go to View Student Data.

Step One: Select the student to be edited by entering the name of the student in the "Find" field.

Step Two: Select "Fee" contact using the drop-down list in the contact window located in the upper right corner of the page.

Step Three: Click the "Change Contact" button to change the current fee contact.

Step Four: Select a new fee contact from the "Select A Contact" drop-down list.

Step Five: Click the "OK" button to confirm that you'd like to change the fee contact or click the "Close" button to exit.

Step Six: Click either of the "Save" buttons to record your contact updates.
