Creating student medical emergency plans becomes effortless with jmc Office's feature, allowing health professionals to create, edit, import, and share detailed medical emergency plans with teachers. By entering relevant health information, attaching documents, and enabling access for teachers, accurate and comprehensive student medical emergency plans can be maintained, ensuring optimal outcomes in case of a medical emergency.

To get started creating a medical emergency plan for a student, head to Health > Medical Emergency Plan > Edit Student Medical Emergency Plan.

Step One: Enter a student's name in the "Find" field to begin creating a medical emergency plan for the selected student.

Step Two (optional): Click the "Import from Prior Year" button to populate the medical emergency plan text box with the student's medical emergency plan from the previous year.

Step Three: Enter the student's medical emergency plan in the text box provided to communicate pertinent health information about the student.

Helpful Tip: Add a little pizzazz to your student's emergency plan by using the formatting tools.

Step Four (optional): Click the "Add Record" link to upload and attach documents containing detailed emergency medical care instructions for an even more comprehensive medical emergency plan for the student.

Step Five: Place a checkmark in the "Share with Teachers" checkbox to allow teachers to view the medical emergency plan in jmc Teacher.

Step Six: Click the "Save" button to update the medical emergency plan.

Helpful Tip: Select a date from the "Revisions" drop-down list to view previous versions of the emergency plan.
