Curious about the level of family involvement in conferences at your school? With the "Teacher Conference Scheduler" report in jmc Office, administrators can view family sign-up and attendance information to see which families are participating. Get the names of families that have or have not signed up or attended conferences along with percentages broken down by teacher with this handy report!

Head to Teacher Conference Scheduler > Report in jmc Office to get started.

Step One: Select the date of the conference from the "Conference Day" drop-down list to filter the report by a specific conference date.

Step Two: Select the appropriate radio button to identify which families will be included in the report:

  • Families Not Signed Up: families who have not yet selected a conference time slot

  • Families Signed Up: families who have selected a conference time slot

  • Families Not Attended: families not marked in jmc Teacher as having attended a conference

  • Families Attended: families marked in jmc Teacher as having attended their conference

Step Three: Click the "Email Families" button to send a reminder to families who have signed up about the date and time they selected, or notify families who haven't signed up to remind them to register for conferences.

Helpful Tip: If your conferences are held over multiple days, select all conference dates that are part of the same conference event from the multi-select drop-down list and click the "Email Families" button to inform all families of a single conference event.

Step Four: Click the "Search" button to refresh the report with the most up-to-date information.

Step Five: Click the "Print" button to save a PDF of the "Teacher Conference Scheduler" report or print a hard copy for reference.
