Once students begin fulfilling service hours, supervisors can run reports in jmc Office to help keep track of student and organizational service hours. Service reports allow supervisors to view student participation, tally individual student hours and keep track of service opportunities provided by an organization in jmc. Easily manage all community service opportunities with a little help from jmc's service reports!

Run all of your service reports by heading to Service Hours > Report.

Step One: Select a radio button from the "Select" box to narrow the range of students in the report by one of the following options:

  • All Students: View all students along with their service hours according to the defined range and sorting option.

  • Opportunity: Select a specific service opportunity to view the roster of students signed up along with the hours they have completed for the activity.

  • Single Student: Check all of the service opportunities associated with a specific student along with the total service hours they have completed.

  • Organization: Organize the report by the service organization that is overseeing the opportunity such as "National Honor Society" or "Student Council".

Step Two: Click the "Search" button to display the students engaged in service opportunities along with the total number of hours they have completed.

Step Three: Click the "Excel" icon in the upper right hand corner of the report to export the displayed service information to a spreadsheet.
