With the power to customize lunch count items, your office staff can now perfectly communicate meal preparation needs with the food service team. Head to the "Teacher" tab on the "Online Settings" page, choose the number of items and enter the names that suit your menu, and voila – accurate student counts at your fingertips! Once set, teachers can quickly report their daily lunch counts, and the office can run a nifty report to give the food service staff the heads-up on how much to prepare for the day!

To get started, log in to jmc Office at the building level and head to File > Online Settings and click the "Teacher" tab to define lunch count options for teachers.

Step One: Select a number from the "Number of Counts" drop-down list to create the items that will be available for teachers.

Step Two: Enter the name(s) of the lunch count item(s) such as 'Hot Lunch,' 'Cold Lunch,' 'Salad,' etc., in each of the fields to define the lunch count options.

Step Three: Click the "Save" button to update your changes to include the customized lunch count items on the "Edit Lunch Count" page in jmc Teacher.
